Booking & Availability
How far in advance should we book?+
Peak Saturdays in spring and fall typically book 12–18 months out. We're now accepting 2026 weddings and limited 2027 dates.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes — a signed agreement and 25% deposit reserve your date. The balance is due 30 days before the event.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Pricing & Packages
What's included in a typical package?+
Every wedding package includes a lead DJ, MC services, professional sound, planning portal access, and unlimited consultations. Lighting, photo booths, and enhancements are added à la carte.
Do you offer custom packages?+
Always. Every wedding is different — we build your package from a menu of services so you only pay for what fits.
What's the price range?+
Most wedding entertainment packages fall between $3,000 and $12,000 depending on services. Use the quote wizard for a personalized estimate.
Day-Of Experience
Do you have backup equipment and DJs?+
Always. Redundancy is built into every event — backup mixers, speakers, and on-call DJs ensure your day goes uninterrupted.
Can we meet our DJ before the wedding?+
Yes. Every couple meets their assigned DJ and MC well before the event for music and timeline planning.
Will you take requests on the night?+
Within reason and your guidance. We honor your must-play and do-not-play lists above all else.
How early do you arrive for setup?+
Typically 2–3 hours before guest arrival, depending on venue logistics and lighting load-in.
Travel & Logistics
Do you travel outside Cincinnati?+
We regularly serve Dayton, Columbus, Northern Kentucky, and Eastern Indiana. Destination weddings considered on request.
Are you insured?+
Yes — fully insured with liability coverage up to $2 million. We provide certificates of insurance for any venue that requires them.
